My Home Portal 

We have now launched our My Home tenant portal which gives our tenants 24/7 access to manage their tenancy online. Once registered, tenants can check their rent statment, notify the Assocaiton of a repair, update their contact and household details and access many more functions, at any time.  

Using the My Home Portal our tenants can also opt for a paperless service. A paperless service helps the Assocation's efforts to be an enviormentall friendly organisation, however this is not  automatic or essential once you have registered with My Home.

To register you will need an email address and your unique tenancy reference number. If you are unsure of your tenancy reference number, or require any assitance to register,  please contact our Housing Services Team at the office on 0141 887 4053 then select option 2.
