Ferguslie Park Housing Assocation offices are located within The New Tannahill Centre.

The New Tannahill Centre is situated in the heart of Ferguslie Park, and is a valuable community asset. The Centre has recently seen a huge transformation in bringing the community new and exciting events. Follow The New Tannahill Centre on Facebook to find out about all upcoming events.

The New Tannahill Centre Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ferguslie Park Housing Association and together they form "The Ferguslie Group".

The Ferguslie Group

Ferguslie Park Housing Association acts as the parent organisation in The Ferguslie Group.

We have a formal independence agreement which sets out our relationship with our subsidiary, and reinforces our responsibility for the overall strategic direction and control for the Group.

We each employ our own staff and review our service sharing agreement with our subsidiary on an annual basis, which allows it to draw on our staff in accordance with agreed work plans. The Governing Bodies of both organisations work together to review and develop the vision, purpose and approach for the whole Group.
