When signing a tenancy agreement with Ferguslie Park Housing Association, tenants enter a contract with the Association in which they are provided with a home and in return have a responsibility to pay rent.
Our rents are calculated to ensure the financial viability of Ferguslie Park Housing Association, the costs of managing and maintaining our houses, the sums that require being set aside for future maintenance and the affordability of the rents to our tenants.
Rent also contributes to the provision of other service areas such as our Welfare Rights Service, letting homes, estate management and dealing with anti-social behaviour.
Without rental income, we would not be able to deliver these services.
Rent is due every 4 weeks, the table to the right lists the rent debit period for 2022 - 2023.
It is important that you keep your rent payments up to date, if you are having difficulties paying your rent you should contact your Housing Services Officer straight away.
