Coronavirus (COVID-19):  Telephone and Email Contact Only Effective 17th March 2020

Our office continues to be closed following advice provided by the Government. 

This is to help prevent the spread of coronavirus or any other symptoms which could be transferred to people in the health risk categories.

The Association can be contacted by telephone on 0141 887 4053  as normal where staff will be available to take your call.

Our office hours for telephone calls remains 9am to 5pm.

Regular updates on how the Coronavirus will impact our service delivery will be available on our Noticeboard below and News and Events section of our website.

Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting to be held on 9 September 2020 at 5.30pm We are holding our AGM in a different way this year. We also have a Special General Meeting to adopt the new model rules.

29 Sep REPORTING AN EMERGENCY REPAIR AT THE WEEKEND OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS If you need to report an emergency repair over the weekend or public holidays, please do this by calling 0141 887 4053, please do not use our online report a repair.
12 Aug Smoke & Heat Detector Installation restarts Monday 17th August 2020 From Monday the 17th August the Planned Investment team will be restarting the contract works to install new smoke and heat detectors in all properties, as well as routine inspections of the electrical systems in 580 homes.
29 Jul Public Holiday 31st July-3rd August Our telephone and email service will be unavailable on Friday 31st July and Monday 3rd August 2020 for the Public Holiday. If you require an emergency repair during this time please call our office on 0141 887 4053 to be transferred to our emergency call out team.
