Coronavirus (COVID-19):  Telephone and Email Contact Only Effective 17th March 2020

Our office continues to be closed following advice provided by the Government. 

This is to help prevent the spread of coronavirus or any other symptoms which could be transferred to people in the health risk categories.

The Association can be contacted by telephone on 0141 887 4053  as normal where staff will be available to take your call.

Our office hours for telephone calls remains 9am to 5pm.

Regular updates on how the Coronavirus will impact our service delivery will be available on our Noticeboard below and News and Events section of our website.

Welfare Payments that you may be entitled to There are 2 welfare payments that you may be eligible to apply for if you have children. Please see the update from our welfare rights team.
04 Feb Emergency/Urgent Repairs Bogus Tradesmen. Please remember we are still only carrying out emergency/urgent repairs and gas safety checks. Any tradesmen sent by Ferguslie Park Housing Association will carry identification. If in doubt please do not hesitate to report this.
03 Feb Gutter Programme Delay The gutter programme due to commence at the end of January/beginning of February has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and has been rescheduled to start at the end of February. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
02 Feb Rent Update 2021 Rent Update – The Association has decided to keep rents at the same level for the next year. Please see our poster attached for some more information.
25 Jan Gutter Cleaning Programme Our gutter cleaning programme will begin at the end of January / beginning of February.
