The Ferguslie Group
Ferguslie Park Housing Association acts as the parent organisation in The Ferguslie Group.
We have a formal independence agreement which sets out our relationship with our subsidiary, and reinforces our responsibility for the overall strategic direction and control for the Group.
We each employ our own staff and review our service sharing agreement with our subsidiary on an annual basis, which allows it to draw on our staff in accordance with agreed work plans. The Governing Bodies of both organisations work together to review and develop the vision, purpose and approach for the whole Group.
