Rise in Verbal Abuse towards Staff

Over the past few weeks, we've experienced a rise in tenants and applicants being verbally abusive towards our staff.

We understand that dealing with housing issues can be stressful, but please remember that abusive behaviour, including shouting, swearing and making threats, 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞.

Such conduct may lead to FPHA taking legal action against your tenancy or suspension of your housing application.
