Problems Paying Rent

From time to time you may find yourself struggling to pay your rent, we are here to help. 

Please contact  your Housing Officer as soon as possible and please remember we have a dedicated Welfare Rights Team who can put in place help and support for you. 

Failure to engage with us can lead to a more formal route being taken to recover arrears which may result in court action. 

We will explore every avenue to prevent ending a tenancy due to rent arrears but it is essential you talk to us. Together we can agree a manageable repayment plan.
