Tenant Satisfaction Survey
We are committed to providing good quality housing and services to our tenants and tenant satisfaction is important in the continuous development of our services.
We conduct a full tenant satisfaction survey every three years to all of our tenants and our Home Improvements team also carry out satisfaction surveys upon the completion of new investments to our tenants homes.
We encourage our tenants to participate to help us build upon our services.
Annual Return of the Charter
Every year we are required to submit an Annual Return of the Charter to the Scottish Housing Regulator which details how we have performed across Charter outcomes set by the SHR.
Our tenants and prospective tenants can compare how we perform against other Registered Social Landlords on the Scottish Housing Regulator's website.

Our Annual Tenant Report and Landlord Report details how our services and finances performs each year and can be downloaded from our Document Library.
