Repair Timescales
Ferguslie Park Housing Association will undertake to carry out repairs within the time scales noted below.
| Repair Category | Definition | Time to Complete |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency | To make safe or repair any defect/s that may deteriorate quickly into a health and safety issue or cause significant damage to the property if not attended to. | Attend within 4 hours |
| Urgent | To repair any defects that significantly detract from the tenant's use of the property and which would cause rapid deterioration if not attended to. | Complete within 3 working days |
| Routine | Any repairs which are identified as responsive repairs and which cannot be delayed until a future cyclical maintenance programme or planned programmed renewal. | Complete within 10 working days |
In some instances we may need some more information about a repair and will arrange a "pre-inspection" with our tenants before raising a repair.
It is important that repairs are reported to the Association to prevent damage and keep your home to a high standard.
