The Association is working hard to provide our longer term home improvement plans and are working to deliver a programme of home improvements. Any tenant affected by these programmes will be contacted individually. The works planned are as follows:
Christine and Suzanne are our Home Improvement Assistants who will be overseeing our Home Improvements Programme in our tenants’ homes.
They contact tenants individually to arrange planned works and answer any queries that our residents may have.
It is important to us that our tenants are satisfied with our repairs and maintenance services carried out to their properties. Following the completion of planned works, Christine and Suzanne will contact tenants to complete a satisfaction survey. We are continuously striving to improve our services and appreciate our tenant’s time to provide us with valuable feedback.
