Gutter Cleaning Program.
The Association has recently appointed a contractor to carry out a gutter cleaning program. The company, Patersons Safety Anchors, will be starting the program in April 2025, and will be cleaning and checking all the guttering to all FPHA properties over the coming months.
This work is all external and the contractor will not need entry to your home to do the works, although some access will be need to some houses just to get through to the rear. They will carry out the works from ground level and not from ladders so they wont need to take bulky ladders through the house.
