Gas Service Audits.
The Association has recently appointed a new contractor to carry out checks after you have had a your boiler serviced. The company, CORGI, will be starting to contact tenants randomly after they have had a service done. It is just to ensure the contractors doing the work on your boiler are doing so correctly and thoroughly. If CORGI contact you, and it is convenient for you, we would appreciate your assistance in letting them check the work. CORGI will be starting to contact tenants directly during March 2025.
