In February 2019 The Scotthish Housing Regulator (SHR) published their new Regualtion framework which requires all landlords to prepare and publish an Annual Assurance Statement. The aim of the statement is to confirm to tenants and the SHR that the Association is meeting regulatory requirements which in include the Standards of Governance & Financial Management.
It is the responsibility of the Management Board of FPHA to approve for submission to the SHR, the Associations Assurance Statement.
