Coronavirus (COVID-19):  Telephone and Email Contact Only Effective 17th March 2020

Our office continues to be closed following advice provided by the Government. 

This is to help prevent the spread of coronavirus or any other symptoms which could be transferred to people in the health risk categories.

The Association can be contacted by telephone on 0141 887 4053  as normal where staff will be available to take your call.

Our office hours for telephone calls remains 9am to 5pm.

Regular updates on how the Coronavirus will impact our service delivery will be available on our Noticeboard below and News and Events section of our website.

21 May Public Holiday 22-25th May 2020 Our telephone and email service will be unavailable on Friday 22nd May and Monday 25th May 2020 for the Public Holiday. If you require an emergency repair during this time please call our office on 0141 887 4053 to be transferred to our emergency call out team.

22 Apr Welfare Rights Service Money Worries and Coronavirus Despite our office being closed our Welfare Rights team are still available to help any tenants with any money worries and concerns. Please do not hesitate in contacting us to have a confidential chat.
21 Apr Ground Maintenance in Common Areas The Association has postponed the start of grass cutting works due to the issues surrounding coronavirus. However we have worked closely with our contractor, Caledonian Maintenance Services, and will restart the cutting of common areas that we are responsible for looking after.
15 Apr Support for those at high COVID-19 risk A new national helpline opened 14th April 2020 to provide essential assistance to those who don’t have a network of support but who are at high risk of contracting COVID-19.
15 Apr Universal Credit Verification - DWP number may appear as "0800" "private" "number withheld" If you have made a claim for Universal Credit please be aware that the DWP will contact you to verify your claim. DWP number may appear as 0800 number, ‘private’ or ‘number withheld’. The DWP will let you know via your online journal that they intend to call you soon, it is important that you answer the DWP call to process your Universal Credit claim.
