Rent Review
Our Management Board will review our rents every year to ensure both affordability to our tenants and viability of the Association.
Our rents are measured in the Scottish Federation of Housing Association’s Affordability Tool to monitor that our rents remain affordable to our tenants.
Any increase will be applied from the start of our new financial year and we will consult with our tenants on any proposals.
Rent Consultation
Our tenant Rent Consultation process runs from December - February every year.
This is an opportunity for our tenants to let us know what they think about our rents and we welcome all feedback given.
We are pleased at our tenant’s levels of participation in our Rent Consultation process over the years.
In our 2018/2019 rent consultation period, we received feedback from 270 of our tenants. For the third year running we have achieved one of the highest rent consultation results in Scotland.
