Normally we would send tenants a rent statement every year showing the payments made for the previous 12 months as part of the notification of your rent for the year ahead. This year you will may have noticed the statements have not been sent. We have changed this to help reduce the costs associated with printing and posting. However we can still send a statement if any tenant wants one at any time. If you want a rent statement then please contact our office and we will send one out.
Alternatively, you can also register for our online tenant portal My Home through our website at www.fpha.co.uk and have access to your account and check your balance at any time that suits you.
